Jason's promptness, professionalism, skills and knowledge was second to none! Not only was he proactive in wanting to help and get the job done by making the time, he also provided a few alternatives on the equipment that needed fixing to ensure it was a better experience for the user! It was well priced too! I highly recommend Jason!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason and his team for the relocation of a Matrix cross trainer. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They carefully transported the equipment and reassembled it in the new room without any issues. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was done perfectly was truly impressive. Highly recommend

Hands down, best customer service I've had! The treadmill wouldn't fit through the front door and the two guys took the time to dismantle it and even set it up again for me inside! Thanks so much for all of your help!!

I had a Precor treadmill that needed repair. I tried a few other places and it was all too hard. Ended up ringing Jason at Altech 21 and my treadmill was up and running in no time. Thanks Jason for your excellent service. I highly recommend Altech 21.
