We have been bring trucks to Altec for years and they have been great to deal with. They have kept us informed through the whole process and made sure we knew what was going on. The techs have been great to deal with and have always received the help we needed. We will continue to bring our trucks here.
As a former employee of this service center my experience started off very positive but shortly after the one year mark it started to decline rapidly. The team and customer culture was fantastic to say the least. Many positive moments to reflect on and very grateful for the opportunity to manage such facility. The negative part to the above statement being that for the amount of responsibility required by a shop manager the management team is extremely underpaid under Canadian market analysis.
