They do everything kind of "fly by night", you have to call several people to get anything done, remind them of what they told you verbally and sent you in email form because nobody cares. They have you watch a video about renting a home from them, they then proceed to have you sign a lease that tells you that you will be responsible for everything that wrong with their property from the time that you moved in.
