WOW! I had to share my experience with this company. I recently acquired a preowned vehicle that I noticed had a hide-a-way license plate in the front of the vehicle. After not finding a button anywhere on the interior of the vehicle, I traced the wiring and realized it was operated by remote control. After I found the control module and found out it was a product sold by Altec i contacted them asking if I gave them the control number on the unit, if i could purchase remotes that would work. There was an issue with the parts sent to me which was only visible in bright sunlight. I was able to take pictures to show the defect and then emailed them to ALTEC. I spoke to Matt who after looking at the pictures refunded my purchase amount immediately!! Great customer service - thank you Matt!!

I have purchased license plate frames made by Altec Products for decades. Every one of my vehicles has one of their frames! Why? They are SOLID and great looking, from the Chrome to the Black (and if you want to go 80's there's even a gold option : ) I highly recommend them and won't buy anything else.

We had a great experience with Altec Products Co. Our sales rep Greg was excellent! All of our questions were answered and we were able to order multiple license plate frames . I have to say a first class company that employs first class people. I would recommend anyone interested in auto accessories to visit Altec's website or call.
