I enjoy the yoga classes the most and of course theres more to do at this facility. However ,I was disappointed by their app/website upgrade in April 2025 as after “completing my onboarding process” they have automatically started charging me for my child membership while I had requested indefinite hold on it. When this was brought to their staff , they solved the issue by providing me the refund. Especially Rosie went out of her way to resolve the issue. Thanks for your time and effort.
Nicest gym in the city. Surprisingly easy to get around, even during busy hours. Rarely waiting long for a machine!
I am not a “big gym” person AND my Altea experience has changed that. First, a shout out to my trainer Donald Marcelo. Donald helped me develop a strength training program that was specifically geared to a mature woman with no strength training experience. The progress has been steady and gentle yet I see results.
