I don't usually leave bad reviews, but I felt this experience was important to share. I have a family friend at this facility, and while there are a couple of kind nurses, the majority have come across as cold and unresponsive. On multiple occasions, l've felt ignored when asking for assistance, despite being respectful. I've also heard concerns from other families that call buttons can go unanswered for extended periods of time, sometimes over 10 minutes or more. While staff may show compassion in certain situations, the co... read more

Shady folks, I wouldn’t put my grandma here is it’s the last place to “take care” of her. If I was you I’d take some time with my loved one that sadly inhabits such a toxic place. I would sit with them and watch. Watch what happens in that place and it will blow your mind….
