Used to go here but they weren't in network with our insurance so we switched dentist. They proceeded to call us with appointments that we had to keep cancelling and then my husband got a reminder on a Friday evening saying he had an appointment on Monday (I believe) so we immediately called to tell them to cancel that and nobody called us back. Had a horrible experience. Saw matching reviews that are now miraculously gone?!! Received horrible care at this location. Dude needs to find a new job.
Had a bridge break. They worked me in immediately, and reassured me that it was only cosmetic. Did not try to oversell me, and stressed actual bridge still sound. Was much appreciated
I use to love this place & never really had any issues up until the like last 2yrs. Your generally suppose to get a cleaning every 6 months. Well everytime that said appointment comes up I usually recieve a call from the office a day or so before advising me there won't be a dentist there so I need to reschedule. But this happens literally everytime for over a year now. Crazy
