They are very caring. During this pandemic they are serving their cluents with having us stay in the car and them taking your pet in and then the Dr calls you to take about the pets care.

A week ago my little Luke wasn’t feeling himself. He had vomited all Friday night into Saturday morning. I knew I needed to take him to the Dr. ASAP. We get to the vet and he was turned away and was asked to go back Wednesday first thing in the morning but something told me not to go home. I call the Altas Palmas Vet Clinic and thankful they were able to squeeze him in for a visit. My poor baby tested positive for the parvovirus. Altas Palmas Staff were angels to my fur baby today, after the vet office that has seen my baby since he was 6 weeks old couldn’t see him on one of the most crucial days, he had diarrhea for 3 days, Altas Palmas welcomed us and far exceeded my expectations, I am forever grateful for you attention, thank you, God bless your Vet office.

I want to give a big thanks to this clinic for being there when I needed them. I called last minute on a Saturday morning to ask if they could see my dog since he had made a turn for the worst after being diagnose with Lymphoma. My regular vet is not open on Saturdays. I called everyone opened and this place booked me an appt even though they were completely booked. I highly recommend this clinic for your fur babies. My chihuahua (has been coming since she was weeks old now 7 years old) and pug (still a puppy) have gotten the best service always. The techs take the time to ensure the pups are safe to go in to get seen by the veterinarian. Dr. Kim is wonderful! She has gone outside a couple of times to demonstrate with figures what is wrong with them or to simply state what to add to their treatment (if any). My husband and I absolutely love it here and my pups do too.
