First impressions: beautiful salon. Followed by several women working on clients. I spent 20 mins standing in military uniform at the front desk waiting for someone to even acknowledge I had entered the salon. I even had a few employees make eye contact with me and go back to working. I do not by all means mind waiting however, a quick acknowledgment, or welcome in would have sufficed. If you want to make feel like you don’t exist or matter, welcome in. Extremely disappointed in this business.
