Don’t take your Greenworks equipment here. They’ll just waste your time and call 2 weeks later for you to pick up your equipment still broken. They are confrontational on the phone also
Ego had me take my 2 stage snow blower to Altaquip for warranty work. It was a really good experience. I contacted them to let them know I would be bringing it in. Brian was very friendly and explained the process in detail. I was alone when I dropped it off and they helped me unload the snow blower. They had to order a new motor and gearbox.
