former employee here, it is true they care more about money than anything, however if you leave a stick stuck in a pulley or old gas in your equipment it is not a warranty issue, so to avoid paying for that repair, make sure your gas can is clean and the gas is always fresh, or run your equipment every week . don't blame the repair people, as for phone calls they are busy and the contract with Lowes is not to call you the customer, when you leave your equipment to be repaired you agree to pay for the repairs. and most parts ... read more
Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. Lowe's needs to find a new partner. Extremely rude people answer the phone (when you finally get through) and they care 0% about the people they deal with and the products they are servicing. The fact they do not reply to their Google reviews tells you exactly what they think about you and how they do business.
