Stef helped me with my EGR Rolltrac that was stuck, did a firmware upgrade and quick maintenance, 10 minutes overall and they did not charge me a cent. I have had the privilege of purchasing products from this company decades ago and it now has 2 locations, they have some of the best staff that know their product.
