I needed a new roof rack fitting, and not knowing a lot about this stuff, I went into Altapac and was provided extremely helpful advice and service from Troy. He made sure my roof racks were fit straight away and even found some non-standard shelves to fit on the brackets (no idea if that's the correct terminology?!). Fantastic service from both Troy and Marty. Thank you so much 🙏🏻😊
A big shout out to Steve and the Team @ Altapac Kotara for the excellent job they did on our Crafter Kampervan. We changed out the fixed glass panel to a sliding window. The window had tinting and blackout vinyl applied prior to installation. Communication was good and the job went exactly to plan, it was a pleasure to work with the Altapac Team.
We recently had our window tinting and accessories done with the help of Marty at Altapac, and the experience was fantastic! Marty was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. The results look great, and the service was smooth from start to finish. Altapac damaged my vehicle, promised to fix it, then after lots of chasing they never did. Have given Altapac Kotara months to make their wrong right. After having my 4wd windows tinted, I noticed the grab handle in the rear was broken. Upon my return the following day I spoke to the manager, although the guy who personally tinted my car was having a day off, the manager asked the other guys if they new anything about the damage.
