We recently had our window tinting and accessories done with the help of Marty at Altapac, and the experience was fantastic! Altapac damaged my vehicle, promised to fix it, then after lots of chasing they never did. Have given Altapac Kotara months to make their wrong right. After having my 4wd windows tinted, I noticed the grab handle in the rear was broken. Upon my return the following day I spoke to the manager, although the guy who personally tinted my car was having a day off, the manager asked the other guys if they new anything about the damage. They were an awesome help for a pretty niche project I was working on. Legends.
Hadn’t been to Altapac in about 15 years, and that was for a car alarm install. This time it was for tinted windows and it was a great experience all around. Options were outlined well, they were ready to go at my appt time, and the car was finished within the time I was told it would take to complete. Post-work the technician provided clear timeframes for tint to settle, such as time before I could wind down windows / clean them / use demister. Great experience at a fair price. Car looks great and will be cooler in Summer.
Recently we got a HSP Ute roll top installed on our Mitsubishi Triton. We paid $3900 upfront straight away. My husband picked it up on the day it was supposed to be ready to be told (without any prior warning) that it wasn’t ready, we could take it home but the roll top didn’t work due to a cable that they “forgot” to order.
