I walked into this bank for the first time because I was interested in opening an account. The front desk staff told me to wait a moment, as someone knowledgeable in this area would come to provide consultation. Wouldn’t recommend having a bank account there, their app never works, my card has gotten hacked, and now after signing something to completely take away courtesy pay, MY CARD GETS HACKED and goes negative, and they aren’t a good enough bank to call you to let you know that this bullshit is happening!! Terrible customer service
