Horrible customer service at this location and didn’t get help with half the stuff I wanted or needed to get done.
Altana is the best place to do business when looking for a smaller place then a big bank. The services they offer just like the big banks yet in a more convenient way. They are more personal and friendly. Your not just a number at Altana they treat you like family. I highly recommend them if you want a smaller financial institution. I've have been dealing with Ginnette for over 30 years. When employees stay to me it says it's a great place to work.
I walked into this bank for the first time because I was interested in opening an account. The front desk staff told me to wait a moment, as someone knowledgeable in this area would come to provide consultation. After waiting for a while, someone approached and called me in to speak in a room. However, after just the first question I asked, that person responded with a single word: "I don't know."
