Horrible customer service at this location and didn’t get help with half the stuff I wanted or needed to get done.
Altana is the best place to do business when looking for a smaller place then a big bank. The services they offer just like the big banks yet in a more convenient way. They are more personal and friendly. Your not just a number at Altana they treat you like family. I highly recommend them if you want a smaller financial institution. I've have been dealing with Ginnette for over 30 years. When employees stay to me it says it's a great place to work.
