NO STARS !! Honest review of my mother's treatment and a dismissal letter via email for advocating to see a specialist we would like not the one he recommended. I use this doctor for the first time for my primary doctor, instantly when the doctor walked in, I did not see him take any notes very unfriendly no smile in his face. He checked my heartbeat by tapping my chest not even a half a second it’s obvious he was not listening to my heart. It was all just a show, and he made it obvious that he wasn’t caring about my health send me to the room for one of his secretaries or nurses to do EKG on me. Dr. Nguyen is always so kind, professional, and knowledgeable! He has helped me so much! I appreciate him and his terrific staff!
I was here to see Dr. Nguyen and he was very, very professional and very thorough with results and ordering test for me. He was very patient and calm and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He also repeated everything he was going to do for me and he also requested great blood pressure machines for me to use. He is so calm it made me feel calm because i was very anxious. I will definitely be seeing him again in the future. The office is very clean and organized the receptionist was very polite.
