Dr. Arnold’s office is amazing! I can’t begin express how thankful I am for the care he has given me. At the time when I didn’t have dental insurance, he had reasonable, affordable prices. Fortunately I have dental coverage now and can’t imagine going elsewhere. He is the best dentist you could hope to have . And the staff is superb too!
I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent visit to your office involving a dental assistant named Stephany. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to her unprofessional behavior and conduct during my appointment. Stephany was not only rude and dismissive, but she also performed a teeth cleaning—despite being a dental assistant and not a licensed hygienist. I recently went in for my 6 month checkup and cleaning and had a great experience. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit very comfortable. The dentist is thorough, informative, and clearly cares about their patients’ health—not just rushing through the appointment.
