would not recommend at all, very disappointing. Their labs are inaccurate, and they have no professionalism. The staff is frequently changing, I've had to have blood drawn multiple times in one visit because they didn't read the chart prior to draw enough the first time. I've had physical exams done without a nurse or any third-party present. I was also told they could write prescriptions for me that wouldn't be a problem, then later went back on their word completely. would avoid if possible and won't be back
They double billed me and the insurance for lab work they send to an outside lab that also billed me. 3 calls and over 2 months and the issue has not being resolved. Dr. is great but with this kind of service it may be time to look somewhere else.
Absolutely recommend this medical facility. Rapid COVID-19 test with rapid results. Extremely professional medical staff and patient focused.
Better customer service and communication when running behind.
Sadly we will no longer be going to this office. My husband first started going here during the summer and our experience was excellent. We we able to get an appointment easily and had a good experience with the doctor. Then he developed a cough without any other symptoms. Since this is a pandemic we took a route of doing telemedicine vists because we weren’t sure. I joined membership with them back in June 2020 in hopes of finding a new good primary care clinic since I moved to Sanford from Daytona and I was way overdue for my yearly check up physical exams. Sadly, I had to cancel my membership on the phone on July 27th 2020. I will list pros and cons of being a member here from my experience. PROS 1. ALMOST* everyone is so nice and friendly 2. Nebulizer requested Thursday. Big run around and totally unaware by provider how to get it. Sent me out to do this. Unable as Colonial Med needed notes, med list, signature, blah, blah, blah! Finally faxed something Friday. Saturday I find out the person who sends out the nebulizer won’t be in till Monday! Really?! It will be 5 days the maybe, just maybe, I can start my treatment. Now the MAs and office staff are wonderful and I just love them!
Saw Dr. Irizarry today and he was amazing. I will definite recommend everybody to this office!
