Excellent small optometrist and small eyeglass store that competes well with larger stores. Fast service, great frames selection. Dr. Reed is meticulous and finds things other optometrists miss. For me he recommended different glasses for when I am working on the computer. Worked wonders. No other optometrist ever suggested this.

I went and had a eye exam and got glasses. I was talked into purchasing some expensive frames that I didn’t really care for. After about 6 months they broke and thankfully under warranty were fixed. About 7 months later broke again. I took in and was told they were not under warranty but she would talk to the dr and see what they could do. After two weeks of calls and no answers, I was finally called and told they were fixed. Dr. Reed genuinely cares about my vision. He is by far the best eye Doctor I've ever had. I find Dr. Reed much more helpful than my RP specialist's office. For years, my vision has been poor. Everything more than a foot away has been blurry. It was both frustrating and depressing. Doctor Reed spent quite awhile with me this afternoon. I went there in Feb last year and Dr. Reed made me feel so comfortable. We spoke about different things and he helped me choose a better option on how to use my insurance and he gave me free contacts while mine were in the making. I was not able to pay upfront and he made me a payment plan to help me be able to get both contacts and eyeglasses. I'd give them a 50/50 and say "eh, OK" – I thought the staff was very nice and helpful; I thought Dr. Reed was a little scattered, his cell phone kept going off in his pocket during the exam, and I was surprised to see him actually check the phone twice during my child's exam; selection of frames were pretty good, definitly not as big as say LensCrafters; my biggest complaint is the off-site lab issue. FABULOUS Doctor AND Technicians!! – I am very picky when it comes to doctors as my mother and father are both in the medical field. I have NEVER been more impressed with an eye doctor like I was with Dr. Reed!!! He was FABULOUS and his staff is just as good! The selection of frames they have to go along with your visit is just as fantastic. I have DEFINATELY added them to to my "don't miss" catagory and I confidently suggest each of you do the same!! :)
