Recently I had the opportunity to have a check up and cleaning completed at Altamonte Dental Care. Ironically, I ended up at Altamonte Dental Care by accident and it was for the best. My appointment included a complete check-up and cleaning at a reasonable cost. I was pleasantly surprised with the team at Altamonte Dental Care. want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. When I arrived, there were three employees focused on their phones, and when I tried calling beforehand, no one answered. Additionally, they advertise a “free consultation,” which is misleading. It only applies to very specific cases. In reality, to receive a full evaluation, they require a $90 fee. I have been going to Altamonte Dental Care for a couple of years now. The staff is always super pleasant. My hygenist is very nice, efficient and on time. I am also impressed at how clean and sleek; they keep everything. My only complaint is that it is often hard to get in/out of their parking lot onto Palm Springs Dr. due to traffic and lots of nearby driveways where cars are also pulling out.
It was a good experience. Everyone was very nice. But prices were too high for me, specially for veneers. But, hey that is me. Maybe it will be okay for you Dr was very respectful and straight up to the point.
