I LOVE DR Plaza. He's amazing, and his attention to detail is great. I felt tranquil, very relaxed, and no pain at all. I love all he's Staff; They are amazing, professional ladies, the dental Assistant is also wonderful. Thank you so much, my sweet darling. I was very pleased with my first visit. The staff is awesome, dentist Efrain explained what was going on with my tooth, and recommended a specialist. His assistant Cortney, explained my financial responsibility to me very clearly and in great detail. When she was taking X-rays of my teeth, she explained each step. I look forward to my next visit, and unusual for me to say about going to the dentist.
I had a great experience! Since the moment you walk in the staff makes you feel welcomed. I didn’t have to wait at all, consultation went smooth, Dr. Plaza did a thorough examination and explained everything I needed to know while making sure I was comfortable and calm. As someone who isn’t a great fan of going to the dentist this was a perfect first consult + cleaning. I will definitely go back!! Thanks to Estrella for her amazing service, she answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my visit!
Being a new Patient, the entire team were first class! I have been to MANY Dentist! This Dentist is highly intelligent and gifted. As a dentist needs to also needs the gift of artistry, from cavities, caps etc. . His team is amazing, gentle and efficient.
As someone who has been terrified to get dental work, and never had a tooth extracted, I will return to this dentist and office in a heartbeat. So kind, no judgement, and no pain! 2 teeth extracted - so fast, so attentive and caring, and did I mention painless? Dr. Plaza is my new dentist!
