DO NOT USE THIS VET if you love your pets. This vet completely misdiagnosed my cat with an intestinal obstruction when his xrays clearly show kidney stones. Thank goodness I took my cat to another vet where I got a correct diagnosis. I made a complaint and asked for a refund since I had to go elsewhere for a correct diagnosis and the only response I got was "sorry". I took my dogie Bella there for the first time 2 weeks ago, at first i was a little hesitant because i had not heard too much about them and there where only 4 review on Google, 2 bad and 2 good. Because i could no longer afford Banfield pet hospital, i took her there for her yearly shots, heart worm test and prevention pills, as well as a sedative for a 6 hour airplane ride. I am a breeder and always bring my pets to this vet for puppy shots and for care of my pregnant females. They are always polite, quick and I have had no problems with them. The place is small but the prices are super low. Where else can you get vaccines dewormer and an exam for only $30 for puppies? I love this place and will continue to go to them. Highly recomended.
This establishment is highly inefficient and unprofessional. We had decided to start taking our dog to them because they advertised cheaper prices. Well, you certainly get what you pay for! Our first visit there, the staff complained, in front of us, about how they were upset to be asked to stay past their shift. We found this very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
