I love Vinny! He's extremely detailed and pays attention to you as an individual. I actually reached out to him a year later because I remembered just how detailed he is and really pumps you up; he takes notes and it showed me he cares. You need someone to motivate you as a coach and he does it. He takes his time explaining every workout so you feel really comfortable. He explains the workouts real simply too. He's awesome!
