Clean and very organized inside the facility as well as being prepared and organized for workouts. I love that Coach is there hands-on working with you until he’s fully confident that you are ready to work out more independently, he is always there for any questions asked and guidance. Easily approachable for children to feel confident and comfortable.
Dominic has been consistently going to APL for over 2 years now and the service and training is top notch! We know Dom is in good hands and he’s always excited for his sessions.
