What a night with Altamont Limo! Our driver Jon was so great and literally rolled out the red carpet. The Sprinter was so nice and spacious with awesome lighting and sound. Our group of 8 was extremely comfortable for our trip from Livermore to Concord for a concert. Pickup was smooth and easy on both ends and ON TIME. Suzy in the office was so sweet and nice to take care of all the booking needs and helped to keep the surprise as well. We recently used Altamont Limo Service and had an amazing experience! We booked a party bus with friends for a comedy show, and everything from start to finish was perfect. Communication with our driver was seamless, and the bus itself was luxurious, spotless, and well-stocked. Setting up our own music was super easy, which made the ride to SAP Center fun and carefree. Altamont is first class. I hired them for a customer we had coming in from Korea. I kept requesting changes and they were right there adapting to every change with no questions. They took care of our customers and the trip went off with no hiccups. 10 out of 10. I will be using them again in the future for sure!
Jody was out driver and he showed up early, loaded everything safely, explained all the rules. Was the best driver we have had in a long time. I would recommend altamont limo every single time
Their customer service team was always prompt on all communications! They are very thorough on the details of the event. The car was immaculate and stocked cold water. The real charm was our driver, Jay. He was on time and just mins away when we needed him. Definition of professionalism and excellence.
