I failed to have my long drive plowed between snow dumps, ended up stuck half way to house. Called Altamont before 8a (on a Sunday!); Todd arrive before 10a, plowed drive and pulled me out of ditch. Did he charge more for emergency service? NOPE! He was happy to help. We have used Altamont for other services (lawn, trees, irrigation) and have received excellent service.
