Dr Matthews and her staff are the most warm caring people! She goes above and beyond to help every cat I have. She is a cat whisperer! Her wonderful assistants have always been so helpful and caring as well!! Big thanks, from the bottom of my heart, to her and her assistants who helped me with my Bella girl, who accidentally hurt herself recently. I will certainly me a customer of theirs for life!! 🐾😺🐾
Dr. Mathews and her staff are amazing! I've been bringing my cats to her for 12 years. She's compassion, caring and very thorough! She explains everything in a way you can understand and gives you all your options before she jumps into treatment. I trust her with my fur babies and wouldn't take them anywhere else!
The doctor was so kind and good with my cat. I knew it was bad but the doctor really checked him out and confirmed my fears. I was given options and made my decision. Not only was my cat treated well the entire staff was caring and compassionate to me also. I really appreciated that. I would tell anyone with a cat that this is the place to go.
Like Dr she is very thorough caring compassionate. She spends as much time as you need with you. She doesn't do unnecessary testing she tries to do minimal until she's comfortable in the direction she needs to go. My cat like her she just doesn't walk in and start probing on them she spends time putting in talking to him first. I have never been there when I've had to wait for when there's anybody ever backed up they don't double book and they give you ample amount of time with the doctor.
