Kudos to Gilbert Nunez at Altamira. He went above and beyond. Gilbert took care of my trash (both myself and husband have mobility issues). He cleaned steps off of snow/ice, and also got my mail for me. How many people would do that? After paying $65 to get snow removed (very small walkways) and not even driveway or car just walkways and steps. I called for him to come back just to do steps and he said I will have to charge and I said no thanks. I am increasingly amazed at the kindness of strangers. Rochelle Haines
Professional job nicely done
Raymond the sales supervisor and Robert who installed a Bruno Elan stair lift were extremely helpful and courteous. After shopping around, Altamira in Edison, NJ made the decision easy and affordable. The installation took only a few hours and the chair lift works great.
Do not hesitate to contact them! The process was seamless and fast from start to finish. We purchased a used one and it’s just like new. If you are thinking about getting a lift Kramer and Mason are your guys!!!
The chair is a great chair the installation was beautiful the workmen should be commended for his professionalism I really appreciate all his hard work
