Front desk was excellent and empathetic and helpful, the care was great, however I have no health insurance right now, and they gave me an optional pain relief shot that cost over $100 without telling me how expensive it was. Yes I said strong pain relief would be great, but if I had known it was so expensive, I would have refused it. They need to be transparent about prices. If it had been $20, I wouldn't be upset. But over $100 out of pocket with no heads up?! That is unacceptable.
Love it here, everyone is helpful you are in and out.
I don't recommend the urgent care here. The waiting time is long, they are unwilling to prescribe medicine, and they asked me to make an appointment with a doctor in 3 months at the earliest, and then charged me up to $200.
