The rating is overall experience and cleanliness of the building. When you first walk in to speak to the receptionist at the front desk you will be greeted with rudeness and unprofessional help. Going to the bathroom to discover blood under main family bathroom toilet. Which is highly disturbing to find in a bathroom for woman men and children. The nurses are unprofessional as well. Making horrific remarks about my kids and I. Most like to never come back.
I just went about right now for my son, I didn’t see a line to wait and a lady at the front desk she had short straight hair light skinned said “you’re just standing there” I was going to react but I didn’t want to jeopardize my son not being seen. So I wanted to come in here to say that Alta med do better train your staff better to knowledge the patients and give customer service. If she doesn’t like her job she should be working in the front desk!! Horrible never coming back here
Urgent Care. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Front desk was nice. As for the doctor not so much. I came here a couple hours before closing everything was rushed and felt i wasn't properly taken care of. Seems like the doctors were already checked out and just wanted to push patients out the door to go home.
