I had a great experience at AltaMed Urgent Care! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The doctor was amazing—patient, attentive, and truly cared about addressing my concerns. Everything moved smoothly, and I felt well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this location if you need urgent care—you’ll be in great hands!
La recepcionista con pelo güero se burló de mí cuando fui a registrarme por que tengo más de 5 días con fiebre. En un tono de burla dijo solo por eso viene . Me sentí muy mal y en forma de burla me dijo ba espera más de 2 horas para que la pasen. Y el Dr. Por igual me dijo. Pues fiebre. Extremely Disappointed with Our Experience We had a horrible experience with both the OB-GYN and the ultrasound technician. From the moment we walked in, the staff gave off negative energy and made us feel unwelcome. The OB-GYN consistently dismissed my wife’s symptoms, brushing them off as “normal” without offering any real explanation or reassurance. The rating is overall experience and cleanliness of the building. When you first walk in to speak to the receptionist at the front desk you will be greeted with rudeness and unprofessional help. Going to the bathroom to discover blood under main family bathroom toilet. Which is highly disturbing to find in a bathroom for woman men and children. The nurses are unprofessional as well. Making horrific remarks about my kids and I. Most like to never come back.
