This farmacy is overloaded with prescriptions mostly wvery time they not process the prescription on time they tell you wait 20 minutes after you call a day before arriving to pick up prescription not ready like they said also sometimes they tell you to wait 30 minuts then they say not have the medicines not recommended this pharmacy

I regret that I transferred my prescriptions to them. They don't have considerations, rude and very unprofessional. Everytime you called them for refills they put you on hold and never got back until you need to hang up then call them. You called for refill for like 3-4 hrs then you by the time you pick up the medication it's not ready that you need to wait for another 15-30 mins. Management should do something to improve professionalism and customer service.

I’ve had a couple bad experiences, they’re very rude and unprofessional. Maybe one or two polite ones. I only keep going because it’s convenient to get my medicine after my Dr. visit. Overall, they’re bad, even one of the Pharmacists is rude.

Normally have good service picking up either my medication or my parents. However, there are other times that we call in the medication to pick up the medicine same day at a specific time and they say it’ll be ready when we get there. More often than not, the medication isn’t ready and we have to wait the 15-20 minutes for them to dispense the medication. I understand if they are busy but if they tell you that it’ll be ready when you get there, it should be ready.
