This facility is really good, nice and there’s a lady named Maria who is a such a lovely person, being so patient with us and providing all the information we need, even helping us with the schedule and with the mychart app. Great place.
The one star I am giving this place I would like to give the Altamed system For contacts I found out I was pregnant at an appointment at this office and that was the last good appointment that I had because after that, they proceeded to make my first OB appointment and I show up to my first appointment and their system is down and I basically had an archaic type of appointment where my doctor didn't really have access to my records to my labs to any of the work that I had done prior to getting into the appointment they were ... read more
Do not come here, especially do not book with Dr. Phoebe Garcia. My whole appointment was her judging prior visits with other doctors rather than addressing my symptoms. She said I shouldn't see multiple doctors, when my other visits were for different specialties (duh that's what they are for) and she brought up twice why I didn't just see the doctor at Altamed that I normally meet with. Trust me I didn't even want to book with her to begin with, HER office called ME so I could come in to see her although I was already book... read more
Checking in was quick and easy. Front desk was friendly. I didn't wait long to be seen. I felt comfortable and confident about my care with the doctor. I especially have to mention how happily surprised I was when the nurse (Blanca) was able to draw my blood on the first try. I have very tiny veins so it's NEVER that easy with me. She took her time, she was very careful, she was gentle, and she asked me before picking me, if it was okay for her to try. She was amazing.
I didn’t love the altamed takeover but I still love my Nicole and the team! Keep up the good work, ladies!
