I will start saying that front office was very nice, provider and staff as well, clinic was clean and they seemed organized which I don't believe so anymore. I went in for my annual check-up plus blood work for a TB test that I need to start volunteering. As many others, my schedule is very very limited so I found it very practical that I would be able to do both in a visit. I asked the provider how long would results take and was told 3 days or more. Nicole Vaccarello is the BEST! She takes is very thorough and you'll feel "cared for" as if by family. All the staff are excellent here and I highly recommend them.

This facility is really good, nice and there’s a lady named Maria who is a such a lovely person, being so patient with us and providing all the information we need, even helping us with the schedule and with the mychart app. Great place.

Do not come here, especially do not book with Dr. Phoebe Garcia. My whole appointment was her judging prior visits with other doctors rather than addressing my symptoms. She said I shouldn't see multiple doctors, when my other visits were for different specialties (duh that's what they are for) and she brought up twice why I didn't just see the doctor at Altamed that I normally meet with. Trust me I didn't even want to book with her to begin with, HER office called ME so I could come in to see her although I was already book... read more
