Horrible Service had an appointment for Podiatrist waited almost two hours to be seen. Reason I did not walk away to get an appointment takes 1-3 months. One front desk staff for a busy office. Altamed needs to improve service’s I’m sure my insurance is being billed highly for poor service.
I hate calling to make appointment I can't get through and I was on hold for 54min. Why can't it be simple to make appointment?
