Stephanie was great, I couldn't imagine having a better or more personable provider.
My parents really liked Dr Amin but unfortunately he is rarely in the office. The problem is the office staff. They are rude, they don’t return calls, and they are not helpful when you finally do get ahold of them.
I am sure Dr. Amin is a great doctor. I know he is not a micromanager and his employees take advantage of that unethically. This exact common complaint in the many google reviews under different locations and office names all demonstrates this fact. They will retaliate if you complain about anything. They will sabotage your approvals with your insurer, overbill preparing your medical forms, and charge for even one question to the provider.
