Do not go in for tattoo removal. I was promised that it would be 4-6 sessions. I have two small tattoos. After going to see Rick at least 8 times and over $2000 out of pocket neither of my tattoos are gone and he completely damaged the skin on my ankle leaving me with an area that now looks like a big bruise and uneven skin.
