Always awesome customer service. Admin staff and medical staff are very friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Rick, Tammy, Sarah, Christine, Kylie Jody are wonderful and very competent! I really enjoy my dermatology visits with Altaire!
Rick was extremely meticulous during the dermatology screening process. He took time. That is a short three word sentence that speaks volumes about his professionalism and it meant a lot to be treated with such devoted care. His follow-up was off the charts cool! He stopped by to make sure everything that was done in the office was going as expected. Who does that? No one except the very best! Very comfortable office visit, super friendly and very kind and caring. We know we are in very good hands at Altaire in Fargo.
I recently went to Altaire for tattoo removal, and I HIGHLY recommend them! 🙌🏼 They have the highest-powered laser in North Dakota, and what impressed me most was that they were able to use a blocker that made the treatment almost completely painless! Everyone here goes over the top to make you feel comfortable, welcome and at ease from the moment you walk in the door. They treat real medical issues with care and work hard to get you feeling well.
Excellent service very friendly staff I will def use again and again, Let’s face it ladies over 50 we need a little extra help. Hormones…wrinkles…extra weight thank goodness there’s people out there to help with it all! Front desk staff super friendly Tamra is great we chat about everything. Makes the experience always positive. See you guys in a couple of months :)
