Dena at Altair travel helped to arrange our trip to Costa Rica in August. We had an absolutely wonderful time and Dena was extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions. We worked through a local agency in Costa Rica and every reservation and recommendation was perfect. Everyone checked at each stage of the trip that things were going well.
