I booked a trip to Cabo for my friend’s 50th birthday. It was a group of 9. The reservation was for me and my spouse, a month out from the final payment my spouse said they couldn’t go. I contacted the agent over the reservation and informed her my cousin would be taking his place. She assured me it could be done. My cousin sent her info and made the final payment. I worked with Jaime to set up our trip to whale camp in Baja Mexico. Altair was the 3rd agency I tried and found a great match with Jaime, she was eager, tenacious, and very thorough. More than willing to plan this unusual adventure. Her upbeat attitude and colorful approach made any planning bumps less painful. I would recommend Jaime to anyone who needs a great Travel Agent.
Our Travel Advisor, Dena Bashiti was wonderful. I was in a pinch and needed to handle a trip for a large group. I found Dena, she is so professional, creative, and easy to work with at every step. She found us an all-inclusive resort with Butler service for a group of 16 with direct flights for a great price. We will be back.
