I have the misfortune to be using Altair Global Relocation for my company sponsored move. The company epitomizes poor customer service, and apparently makes it one of their top priorities. If you find yourself in the unenviable position where you must use them for company sponsored relocation, brace yourself for repeated vague requests for "supporting documentation" for expenses, followed by expense report rejections, which you will have to repeatedly re-submit before you are ever reimbursed.
