Clayton was amazing to work with! He was extremely professional and answered every question I had with haste.
Please read your contract. Don’t rely on conversations had with office staff. When you agree to a 13 month lease to receive 1 month free and then you have to leave at the 12 month mark even though emails and conversations say you are staying the 13 months…..and to stay the 13 month (because that’s when your new lease at the new location starts) you are forced to pay $500 over and above the normal rent. I love living at Altair! The grounds are always beautiful and everyone is very nice here! I must say Rachel in the leasing office is the best! She goes above and beyond for anyone and always does it with a smile on her face, She is extremely friendly and really cares about the residents! Don't let her get away! Jordan is also wonderful! He takes care of any issue in my apartment and does so in a timely manner. He is a great maintenance man and you can always count on him to fix things right the first time!
I lived at the Altair in 2021 I loved how peaceful it was and hiw friendly and accommodating everyone was in the office. Bristina was great. She helped me move a heavy mattress up the stairs into my apartment. I will always rember that. 🥰. I'm looking forward to living there again soon.
