I moved here back in February and the unit was immaculate. The property is very well maintained and there are always events going on. A big shout out to Bri, for always being available and going above and beyond for any questions and helping with any issues with my unit that come up. I’ll be renewing my lease when that time comes!
I’ve been at Altair for almost a month now, and I’m really loving my apartment. Everyone on the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to Rachel and Justin for going above and beyond during my move-in. I had some very heavy boxes that needed to be brought up to my apartment, and they were kind enough to help me get them upstairs. It made the moving process so much easier, and I really appreciated their willingness to help!
Wonderful complex! I have lived here since January 2023 and I have no complaints. The staff is wonderful, and the apartments are beautiful and spacious. They also have a great pool area and workout room. And great location!
I’ve lived at Altair at the Preserve since it opened in 2018. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I have very much enjoyed being a resident. From the front office staff (shoutout to Bristina, Rachel, and Lexi) to the timely and incredibly helpful maintenance staff (Jordan and team!) everyone does an amazing job. I’ve lived in a few other complexes and in other states, and this has been the best by far!
Great place to live! Staff is helpful and friendly! Rachel in front office is whom I typically speak with and she always goes above and beyond!
