Management is very helpful and responsive, community is quiet, amenities are great.
I’ve lived here since June of 2019, this was a positive (originally 5 stars) post I had made many yrs ago, now here is an update for anyone who thinks they may want to consider moving into the community. I have reached out to management as of recently about moving out since I recently closed on a new home. After 6 yrs 8 months and over 150k paid out here I was told that I would have to still continue to pay my rent for the 60 day notice and pay an additional $3310 (buy out) so in my case about 7k to be able to move out and I... read more
Overpriced for what you get. Just becaise your ceilings are high does not make a luxury apartment.
