Excellent property with beautiful interior design, amenities that I couldn’t find anywhere else and a nice view from the outside to boot!
I'm considering moving to Altair at the Preserve, and I’ve been really impressed so far! The community is well-kept, and the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful in answering all my questions. I also love that it’s pet-friendly, which is important to me as a cat owner. The amenities, like the fantastic gym, are a huge plus, and the apartments themselves look modern, spacious, and well-designed. I am very happy with the maintenance team. I needed a new key for my mailbox and little did I know they needed to work with the mail carrier to change the lock on the box. The maintenance followed up with the mailman. He called several times to let me know what was going on and when they expected a solution. It took longer than thought, but he kept me UpToDate. The day he received the new key he called to find out when and how I would like the key dropped. Very grateful for the maintenance crew.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my husband and I have been looking for an apartment for a while now and nothing stuck out to us until we came to visit Altair! We met with Rachel who was going to give us a tour and I’ve never met a stranger that I felt has been a good friend for a long time! Such friendly staff and Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable and right at home. My family and I are so excited to start our next chapter at the Altair!!!
Out of all the places I toured, I fell in love with this one, and Rachel was truly amazing! The properly is beautiful, the community is excellent along with management!! This is definitely the place for me and hopefully it will soon be the place for you!!
