Lived here briefly in 2022-23 left and came back recently. Rachel and Bristina have made the whole process seamless. Recently moved within the complex again ( lol ) to a first floor. Rachel has gone out of her way to make sure the unit was perfect! Also maintenance is amazing. There aren’t many issues but when there are they will sometimes come the same day!!!! So fast and so nice. Definitely recommend. Thanks, Rachel and Bristina.
Sadly, I am departing from the Altair to continue my walk into Ministry in a new location. However, if I wasn't called to relocate, the Altair would surely be the place I call home. I have enjoyed this amazing community, the amenities, the walks around the lake, relaxing at the clubhouse, mornings in the gym looking out at the pool, the peaceful complex itself, and the VALET TRASH! A wonderful prepare and move in scheduled for me to my new home at Altair at the preserve. They made each step easy to follow and even met me early on the move in date to give me the key so I could start unloading from my POD. Love my new community
I had an issue with my AC on a Saturday evening and contacted the emergency maintenance line. Jordan got back to me promptly, let me know he was finishing up another job, and came by soon after. He arrived after hours, quickly figured out the problem, and got everything running again. I really appreciated how professional and calm he was throughout. It’s reassuring to know the maintenance team is responsive and makes sure things are fixed the right way.
