Prompt, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Management has switched over at least twice in the past three years suddenly & without prior notice to residents. It is so disappointing as previous management was great when I moved in and set a standard that is no longer being met; current management has taken a nose dive. There have been noticeable changes and quality of living has gone down. The building is not as clean as it used to be and maintenance is mostly contracted out so it’s full of unfamiliar faces. Excellent customer service and a clean, safe property. Liv is especially friendly and patient, and she provided us with helpful information for leasing options and benefiting from special offers. Likewise Gabriel is always friendly and really takes good care of the property. My parents live at the property and Liv continues to give them personalized attention and practical help. Our friends regularly comment on how nice and clean the property is when they visit Altair.
Liv in the front office was very helpful with my move in. The process was smooth and I love my apartment! I can’t wait to get all of my things moved In and attend some of their upcoming events.
Altair is a wonderful community! The staff is wonderful and throws great parties and events. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking
