I recently moved here and could not have had a more easy experience. The leasing team I worked with, Kate and Amanda, were beyond helpful. They responded quickly and answered all my questions. The maintenance folk and friendly are truly care for the complex. I love the amenities; the pool will be perfect in the summer, the grills are in a nice space, and the gym is clean with more variety than your average apartment gym. This is a fairly late review as I have not lived in Altair at the Heights for a year but was a resident for 3.5 years. My experience at Altair was an exceptional one, so much so that I’ve found myself comparing my new residential experiences in the last year to my time at Altair! Current tenant Convenient location and nice apartment amenities and styling which is why I chose to live here. Poor common area maintenance, stairwells and doorjambs are grubby. Hallways not cleaned and vacuumed with enough regularity. Overpriced relative to market. They nickel and dime you on various additional charges over and above base rent.
