Then it must be a crazy coincidence that I’ve received property staff messages from “Alivya LaFleur” and her “review” is also below! Doubling down on dishonesty isn’t a good look. Avoid this place at all costs. My dad had an awful experience living here. Upon moving out, he hired and paid for a professional carpet cleaning service, which was approved by management. Despite this, they later claimed the carpets were “unacceptable” and charged him an additional cleaning fee—completely unfair, especially since the carpets were spotless. Current tenant Convenient location and nice apartment amenities and styling which is why I chose to live here. Poor common area maintenance, stairwells and doorjambs are grubby. Hallways not cleaned and vacuumed with enough regularity. Overpriced relative to market. They nickel and dime you on various additional charges over and above base rent. I lived at Altair for number of years before they lost all their employees and hired the current management and while my experience started off well, everything changed when the property switched management. Since the change, communication has become unprofessional and dismissive. The property has been filthy, many car break ins, and no "luxury" feel.
