Amazing staff always extremely helpful and friendly.

But we did discuss the email I sent on 29Aug2025, informing you of incidents involving a specific maintenance personnel entering my home without permission and also entering my home early morning while I was sleep. IIt’s been less than 60 days since I moved in, and I’ve experienced numerous maintenance issues. While it is nice to have a pool and gym, the rent I’m paying reflects luxury, but my experience hasn’t. Overall, they do enough to attract tenants but should be more upfront, transparent, and honest on their website and during tours. EDIT: New management tried to dispute their self-review in this reply. Then it must be a crazy coincidence that I’ve received property staff messages from “Alivya LaFleur” and her “review” is also below! Doubling down on dishonesty isn’t a good look. Took review down to two stars as property staff participated in conflict of interest by posting a fraudulent five star review here to inflate scores.
