My sister lives at Altair, she loves the atmosphere. The building is nice, it is scented and smells great!
There’s a lot to like about Altair at the Heights. My first surprise was the vibe- it’s upbeat, friendly, and the tenants are a mix of all backgrounds, and stages of life. The staff if great, too. They are caring, and quick to respond to questions or service calls. I’m still adjusting to the central mailroom (versus my front door in my previous house) but that’s totally outweighed by having trash picked up from my apartment door 5x/week. Highly recommended! Convenient location and reasonable price. Great property management team. My favorite apartment in St. Louis area : ) The pool, gym and other amenities were great.
