From beginning to end the people at Altadena Solar were great. They were great in the initial interactions over e-mail about what my options might be, and then in the several in-person interactions to help scope out what would work best for my needs, and then chasing down the needed permits, and finally with the installation. It's important to support local businesses, especially Altadena businesses. In this case, we contacted Hans and Joy with Altadena Solar re a consultation for a PV system w/battery backup. While not the least expensive option, we found the proposal to be thoughtful and thorough. Installation took two days, and was peerless. Now that it's been operating for 3 months, we are delighted with the performance. We also received newer model panels than were spec'd at no extra cost to the project. Highly recommended.
