Paul is one of the good guys! He really knows his stuff, carries lots of spares and gets the job done efficiently and on time. And is also very interesting to chat to! Highly recommended.
I had ground source heating installed in the autumn of 2019 by a company I must not mention. The system was pretty much useless and we had to continue to rely on the wood-burner to keep ourselves warm and the immersion heater for domestic hot water. The company ignored my pleas for help apart from the numerous occasions when the system shut down completely the stress they have put me through is unbelievable.
