This fee is often not clearly disclosed or explained, and instead is hidden within the lease language . Has started going down hill again. No onsite security anymore means cars are getting broken into within the gates more and more. The front office does not often respond to emails. One of the doors entering building 1 had a smashed window for nearly a month before it was repaired. Payment portal is also down constantly and they force tenants to pay extra for a cashier's checks or they will charge a late fee for their own problem.
