Had a wonderful experience and would go to them again for any insurance needs. In short, I got great coverage with Mercury with the best competitive costs compared to other brokers. Not sure what magic was worked but I'm a fan! Can only speak on my experience with Raymond who was very responsive and friendly. Raymond helped find a bundled insurance for vehicle and new condo. He chose appropriate coverage based on my overall profile/needs so I barely had to request any changes.
Alex was a tremendous help in obtaining a new Umbrella Policy. Previous company increased auto liability minimums and he was able to find a new cost competitive policy very quickly. Very service oriented who was an absolute pleasure to work with!
I had an exceptional experience with my agent, Seth Arruda, in obtaining my new vehicle insurance.
