I've lived at Alta Vista Community for a year now, and it's been a great experience! It's peaceful, well kept up, and the management genuinely stays on top of things. The pool gets cleaned once a week while it is open during the summer, so it's always nice to use. Any time I've had an issue, they have responded quickly and gotten it taken care of. If you're looking for a quiet, well-managed community with lots of friendly neighbors in Waco, I'd definitely recommend it!
Very nice community
Great people great service
This place is getting worse by the day. Ever since it was sold to these greedy people, it has gone down hill. They increased the lot rent and complain about everything. TERRIBLE customer service and unprofessional staff. They want to fine you for everything they can think of. This is a terrible business. If you have a choice DO NOT MOVE HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Pictures do not do justice to this place Stacked like sardines and not very clean
