Alicia is the best! She truly cares about her patients and takes the time to listen and figure out what is wrong. I am very thankful for her.
Terrible staff poor response time, poor service. Harassed about wearing a mask while witnessing 2 employees not wearing masks while I was waiting alone in the waiting room. In the past me and my wife were forced to call the physician assistant on their personal line to make appointments... Man I picture is Dr. Ortiz who "doesn't care about parents" he is the head physician don't go here if you want to live! I left before my appointment after being threatened by the staff and head physician.
Have been sick for a few days and not getting better. Called to make an appointment with no luck. No doctors available and they won't return until the new year. No wonder the town is dying and everyone goes out of town for their needs. Sad sad!
I went in for back pain and and nausea. the receptionist said they don't do pain management. I told her I didn't need pain management this was not something I deal with all the time. she sent me away. I ended up in the emergency room with the kidney infection I later was admitted to the ER
