Dr.Mandhu-Gill did an excellent examination of my 13 year old cat [VOKRA adoptee] and listened and considered the data i shared thoroughly and effectively. i felt heard and seen during a 1st time flea scare/health scare combo. reasonable costs and will work with you if you have barriers to full care options
It's taken me awhile to write this review because it's been too painful to think about but I really want to share my experience with anyone who might be in the same spot as i was. I am so thankful for this clinic and to Dr. Parham for his assistance with laying my boy Riley to rest. Losing your beloved pet is one of the hardest times we as pet parents will ever have to face. My cat now is 5 years old and I have been to too many vets with my cat. I decide to settle down with my cat and choose alta vista! Truly because Dr.Munjal is a very professional and experienced vet. And all the staff at the hospital are kind, helpful and precious. This is by far the best vet in Vancouver!my cat and I are very happy with them.
❗️❗️❗️Brought our kitten in for vaccines and asked the vet to check a suspicious hairless patch that looked like ringworm. We specifically requested a Wood’s lamp exam. The concern was dismissed and we were told everything was fine. Went to another clinic for a second opinion, and the lesion immediately fluoresced under the Wood’s lamp and was diagnosed as likely ringworm. 😐 Very disappointing experience. We trusted the vet’s assessment and could have delayed treatment if we hadn’t sought another opinion ourselves. 👎
