I showed up for my appointment only to find out I hadn't actually been scheduled. I was given an appointment for the next day. I saw the NP and she wasn't the person shown on website. I wasn't sure I was meeting with the right person. She was rude, mean, lacked compassion, and basically told me I could go somewhere else. Didn't even give me an exam. I would like a refund for the copay as I feel I didn't really get examined or diagnosed
