Zac has been my therapist for the last few months following a shoulder surgery I had done & he was so patient and kind. I had to take my daughter with me a couple times and he was awesome with her. By the time I was finished with two months of occupational therapy with Andrew I was good to go. He was kind, caring, and he really knows his stuff. In fact, he was so good that I almost wished I could re-injure my arm just so I could see him again. Truly a great experience!
From my first appointment to my last it was a joke. The physical therapist was less than nice and helpful. When it was brought to the managers attention he asked that I give her another try (which I should not have done) and then proceeded to speak ill of every other physical therapy place near this area. They always made me wait. Didn't do everything my doctor ordered and messed up scheduling. And you have to schedule appointment two weeks out because they are apparently so busy.
