I’m just going to say that I’d rather take my child to Riverton, even though I live two minutes away from this place, because the front desk staff are extremely rude and have no idea what good customer service means. Don’t come to this place. All those older women need a husband or something productive to do with their lives.
They were very kind, patient and efficient and I would recommend the facility if a need arises. The medical assistants, nursing staff and doctor were caring and knowledgeable and we got the care we needed and a referral for followup. I have SelectHealth insurance so it was a good place for us to go.
Do not come here!!!! When your child is sick and you're stressed the front desk ladies are SO RUDEEEEE and the doctors take FOREVERRRRR!!! You need people that will help you in a time of great need not treat you like an animal. This place is a disgrace.
Very fast and nice
Everything for them is VIRAL, absolutely everything. No TESTS ever had been made! With sick children, you just want to know what is going on with them, but in return you get nothing, absolutely NOTHING!!!! Why is it so hard to just run that test ???? The answer that shocked me to my core was “ you don’t want to go down that rabbit hole with knowing what your child has “ Sorry WHAT?????
