The service is the worst, they said they called when my phone never rang, they asked for me to call them and they never answered. They got a piece of my personal information wrong so I try to give them the right one and they ignore me. To make it short, I'm so disappointed, I'm going somewhere else where I feel comfortable and cared for.

Have been a patient of Robbie Bartlett APRN for about a year. No matter what I do, I have not been able to get my Rx filled in a timely manner. My Rx requires a new prescription every month and I have to call the Sleep Center. I have been out for medication as long as 5 days, on 2 seaparate occasions. Two clerks have told me "Robbie called that in", when they were looking at a date from the prior month. Called the front office four weeks ago asked them for the fax and phone number. They gave me the information over the phone. I have been trying to call for an update but my call keeps getting disconnected. Was finally able to get through today and they told me they never got my release forms. Where did my release forms get sent??

Wow, 3 to 4 weeks to get results. That's ridiculous. Your ratings are so poor and now I see why.
