Leaving Bird. Rock Slide. Car Won’t drive. Didn’t know what to do. My USAA roadside App offered choices on where to tow car, Experience was Easy, text communication, choice on how to repair, fair price.
Very honest and fast. They did a great job!
Truck overheated. I took it in unfortunately near their closing time since it was one of the closer places. He took a quick glance at the coolant reservoir cap and was able to identify a source of pressure leak. He checked the stock of a store where I could get a new cap and that was it. They waited to close the gate for me. They could have easily kept the truck overnight and inconvenienced me but chose to check and do some work close to closing time. I appreciate your help.
